Getting Started

To start, simply send your files as electronic documents in any format. Sparq Data then creates a custom site for your organization, converts all documents to a compatible format, and deploys the files to the live site.

Your staff will be trained on using and navigating the system. All support, updates, and upgrades are provided by Sparq Data and included with the yearly renewal. Hosting, software updates, training, and support are all provided by Sparq Data.

  • The NASB Online Policy Membership has afforded Columbus Public Schools a more convenient way to make our district’s policies and procedures accessible to board members, staff, and the community. The capability of having our policy manual on line has been an asset for administrators when needing district information and having it available at the click of a key. Key policies can be printed or downloaded when needed.

Our district polices and/or procedures are stored on the NASB server and linked with our Web site. Simply notifying our NASB consultant of policy amendments or procedure revisions through email will ensure that our district’s policy manual will be updated on a timely manner on our home page. Columbus Public Schools has elected to place our administrative regulations in a password accessible format for use by staff and administrators, which is one of the options of the membership.

In conclusion, Columbus Public Schools policy manual is in one location and those with computer access (board members, staff and community) are all looking at the same document.

  • Johnson County Central is a grateful user of the NASB Online Policy service. We review a set of policies every month. As soon as I make changes to the policies I email them to NASB. Within a day the changes are on our school website and our eMeeting website. This has created a very simple system to provide access to all or our Board policies. Having the updated policies on our eMeeting website has been a very positive addition for the Board and administration. I highly recommend this service.

  • Shelby-Rising City Schools began using the Online Policy Membership after getting great assistance from the NASB in updating our policies. The online version has been an outstanding addition to our District Website. Staff and Patrons have quick and easy access to the most up-to-date policies and they are easily searchable. Once a policy is updated and submitted to the NASB it quickly appears in the online version. We are very pleased with this service.
